Becoming a google certified educator

11/2/2016

Google Certified Educator program allows teachers who are proficient in G-Suite apps to earn their Level 1 and then Level 2 certification. These certifications are a testament to a teacher's commitment to using technology and their ability to use Google tools. Plus, you get a cute little digital badge to show off on your resume for each certification. Ooohh Aaah :-)

Each certification requires you pass a timed (180 mins, no pauses) exam. To prepare, Google offers a fundamental training course and sample exam questions. Heads up-- when you register for the exam it won't be ready right away.  I received my exam (via email link) 4 hours after I registered. If you don't begin the exam within 24 hours after receiving the link  your exam session will expire.

You can find out more by clicking on the respective Educator Level below.
